WAIST
Measure around your natural waist line, the narrowest part above your navel and below your ribcage.
CHEST
Measure around the chest and body at its fullest part: right under the armpits and shoulder blades, right across the nipples.
Hold the tape against the body tight enough so that it does not slip down, but not so tight that it restricts breathing. Make sure the tape is horizontal. Take a normal breath and measure.

MEASURING
WAIST
Measure a loop just above your child’s hip bone, around the natural waistline.
CHEST
Measure a loop just above your child’s armpits, passing the tape across the fullest part of the chest and around the shoulder blades.
HIPS
Measure around the hips at the widest point/fullest part below the navel.
This ancient Egyptian cotton is a native variety of the coastal area between the lakes Burullus and Manzala. It was found in the Nile delta, the symbol of fertility, where it seems almost pulled out of the mud and soaked in the miraculous silt.
